Guts 'n' Gears Kraków 2017

http://tournykeeper.com/#/tournament/details/243

Anybody interested? It's a lot closer than Warsaw, never mind Bydgoszcz, and I highly recommend seeing Kraków while it still retains some vestiges of its medieval charm.

Re: Circle dojo

There's a fun little tournament coming up in late January with three lists, but the opponent can choose one and say I'm not allowed to play it. The question therefore is: do I bring Wurmwood again and settle on alternating between the other two lists for the remainder of the game, or do I bring thre...

Re: Circle dojo

Game 4 vs. Chomik (Kaya 2 & Wurmwood) This was the last game of day 1, and we were both exhausted. With that in mind, we both chose the list that didn't require too much thinking (a.k.a. not-Wurmwood) and ran stuff forward until I ran out of stuff and he still had one warpwolf. Some examples of our ...

Re: Circle dojo

Fun times were had in Poznań (Western Poland), where a geekfest of epic proportions took place this weekend. Out of some 300 players, 40 took part in the Warmachine masters event, I believe only x-wing had a higher turnout. First off, the event was superbly organized, and the orgs were using a sweet...

Kuyavia Open 22-23.04.2017

I've been there last year, and it's been great. They've got a very professional org team, superb atmosphere, and a bar with arcade & board games for the afterparty. The city is about 30 min. off the highway, I can help with any logistical matters. Highly recommended.

Re: Trollbloods Mk3 Dojo

What's a Pummeler? I'm actually quite surprised not to see 2x fire eaters & a pyre troll as the start of a list. The main problem you're gonna have IMO is needing to activate something before Horgle on feat turn to set people on fire. In your list I'm guessing it's gonna be the bomber, but having a ...

Re: Circle dojo

Played a few games this Sunday with what were basically my WTC lists. Baldur didn't change at all, and Wurmwood lost a pureblood, a tree, and woldwyrd in exchange for an argus and Ghetorix to give it more punch. Some short thoughts on the games: Round 1 vs. Torres (Cygnar) He brought pStryker with d...

Re: What did we learn?

I've actually sold off all my fluff bunny PoM stuff before Mk.III hit. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of unplayable garbage and one dervish. Like your Lucant list, although double TEP sounds way scarier than TEP + three warjacks. Why that thing actually got buffed in the transition is beyond my understa...

Re: What did we learn?

Dear diary, today I've learned who will win this weekend's WTC: http://museonminis.com/klaw-goes-wtc-the-top-10-teams-identified-again/. This is a lie btw. I'm rooting for my Polish homies, but I don't believe they're winner material this year. On the other hand, with Mk.III catching everyone by sur...
